Annual Hobo Festival

Mark your calendar! On the second Saturday in October, Laurel Hill holds its Annual Hobo Festival in the town park. Each year, families arrive with lawn chairs and celebrate fall with arts & crafts, food vendors and live music, plus activities for the children. PHOTOS

The first Hobo Festival was held in 1992. It has continued annually except the 1995 Hobo Festival was cancelled because of Hurricane Opal. The visionaries for the first festival were Chairman R.J. Brown and Co-Chairman Douglas Rogers.
