Estelle Roger's daughter, Linda Rowan created the award winning logo for the Crestview's Millennium Celebration. It emblazed billboards, shirts, pins, hats and all the printed material for the celebration. Linda was rewarded with several gifts and recognized with a plaque during the festivities in Crestview.
